When you book a wood-fired sauna x cold plunge session, you’ll get a full hour to switch between the heat of the sauna and the chill of our cold plunge—perfect to unwind your body and mind. It’s all about finding that balance and leaving you feeling refreshed!
What to bring:
You’ll need two towels, your togs, a water bottle, electrolytes (optional but recommended), and jandals for the best experience. Before you come in, take a quick look at our Terms and Conditions to make sure it’s all good for you. Got any pre-existing conditions? Just let us know beforehand!
