Book a Cold Plunge or Wood-Fired Sauna Session
All our services are guided and supervised by one of our experienced contrast therapy instructors. We have ice baths ranging from 3 – 10 degrees and our wood-fired sauna is heated to 85 degrees.
Booking a session with us is easy:

- Select a payment option
- Fill in the info – Submit
- You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly after. Easy as!
